One hour later I’m still looking for something else to munch on because my stomach is growling, but I brushed my teeth to avoid eating more. I’ve had plenty to eat today; I should NOT be hungry. I think the hunger is a result of this weekend’s overindulgence in alcohol and three nights of less than stellar sleep. Everything comes tumbling down if I don’t get a solid 8 hours. Oh well, I’m not going to over analyze too much; it’s easier to just go to bed at this point. Let’s hope for a good night’s sleep tonight! Nighty nite!
