Yogurt and Cereal Mess

Breakfast was a yummy mess:

The entire bowl:

– 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

– 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

– 2/3 cup Kashi Mighty Bites

– 1/2 cup Kashi GOLEAN Crunch Honey Almond Flax

– 1/2 oz almonds

– small banana

– drizzle of agave nectar

This hit the spot!  Now I’m all fueled for the long work day ahead! 🙂
